Good Location, nice bedroom but Breakfast selection and service could be improved the staff did not ssem to be able to cope which led to things i.e plates being unavailable.

A perfect location for walking to restaurants and all the sights. The staff were extraordinarily helpful from arrival to departure, attentive and ready with helpful advice. The hotel has been refurbished to the highest standard. Breakfast was excellent value at 9 Euro. Rooms to the front might be noisy, but room 810 to the side on the eight floor was perfect. (Thanks!) I would recommend this hotel to young and old alike it is a true gem in the heart of Madrid

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Atlantico. The location on the Grand Via was very central and we were pleased that the room was quiet and that no noise could be heard at night. The room and bathroom were extremely comfortable and clean. A bonus was the lounges on the top floor, outside terrace and tower with views across Madrid. We spent down time here reading with a coffee or drink. There is also a very good breakfast room. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful in all matters including suggestions for restaurants. Our only suggestion is that it would have been helpful to have a sign on the desk that it was a public holiday on 1st May as it affected the opeing of many attractions and its easy to miss these sorts of details when travelling. We highly recommend this hotel and would happliy return.

New visitors from U.S. Stayed in three hotels in Spain. Hotel Alantico was by far the best. Service, smiles, quiet sleep, very clean, good food. English speaking counter help. If I return to Madrid, this is the hotel I will stay.....Bob Downey, St.Louis, Missouri.

The Atlantico was perfect for for stay in Madrid. Great location, very helpful and congenial staff, and nice, updated rooms. The only surprise was car access since there is no parking for unloading but that's not unusual in a downtown hotel. There is a parking garage close by. I recommend the Atlantico.

My stay at Hotel Atlantico was fantastic. Most of the staff was good to me and helped me with directions and general information whenever needed (especially Carmelo). Also, the Rooms were clean and amenities were fine as well.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Madrid, excellent, large rooms, very comfortable, very nice decor. Lounge and bar areas with terrace are very comfortable and tasteful. Loved our stay here.

Our 2nd stay in the same hotel this year! Love the location.. very accessible and near the Metro. Staff warm and helpful and good breakfast! Will definitely chose this hotel next time we're back in Madrid!

I have stayed at the Hotel Atlantico many times over the past 5 years and it is always my first choice when staying in Madrid. The staff are always very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard. I highly recommend it.

My room on the 8th floor was spacious and quite quiet. The bathroom was large-2 sinks, bidet, toilet and tub with shower. Everything was well maintained. We loved the terrace! It would have been nice to have more selection on the menu. Breakfast was not elaborate but certainly substantial and the breakfast room was very pleasant. We spent 8 nights at this hotel and we were very satisfied.

L'albergo è bello, curato e pulito. Il personale gentile, accogliente e sempre a disposizione. Ottima e varia la colazione proposta. Posizione perfetta: a pochi metri autobus e metro. Perfetto il servizio navetta da e per l'aereoporto.

hotel scelto per le recensioni lette e per la posizione. assolutamente non deluso ma confermo la positività dell'albergo. viaggiando spesso mi permetto di dare qualche suggerimento per migliorarlo ancora: - le tendine nella vasca da bagno sono poco igieniche e scomode - pochi dolci alla colazione - l'assenza del servizio in camere - poca collaborazione da parte del personale della reception - assenza di aiuto con i bagagli. mi è molto dispiaciuto essendo andato a Madrid per la maratona sono andato a ritirirare i pacchi gara e i pettorali per i miei 20 compagni, ero davvero nel panico nella hall e nessuno mi ha dato una mano, anzi sembravano infastiditi, questo non mi è piaciuto. aspetti positivi: pulizia, il sig.Oscar della reception, silenzio, personale ai piani, il numero delle prese elettriche, le terrazze del bar, ci ritornerò volentieri.

This was bought as a Christmas present from our children as they do every year to differsent countries. The warmth of the staff was exceptional and the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited, nothing was a problem for anyone. Although not a huge hotel this serves only to the benifit of their clients. I would highly recommend this hotel, it's location in the Madrid is a huge bonus as all attractions are close by and could be visited on foot. Thank You to all at Hotel Atlantico
