- Reception: 24 hour service.
- Internet: free high-speed internet access through the wifi system in all public areas of the hotel. Free access with ADSL line: in superior rooms via cable and in standard rooms via wifi. In addition, in all the rooms, there is a payable ADSL line connection through the interactive television with wireless keyboard, which you will find on your desk.
- Business Centre: equipped with two computers with printer and high-speed internet connection which are free to use for our clients.
- Airport-Hotel-Airport Bus transfer service: free welcome transport service from the airport to the hotel. We also have a transport service from the hotel to the airport costing €8 per person and journey. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Enquire when making the booking.
- Bar / Café:
- Café 1st floor, where breakfast is also served, open from 07.30 to 15.30.
- Café 9th floor, to enjoy the “Gran Vía” and “Real” terraces, with spectacular views of the city, open from 15.30 to 23.30.
- Breakfast: Buffet style, from 07.30 to 11.00am, where you can sample different types of coffee and infusions, hot and cold dishes, daily pastries, fresh fruit or a diet breakfast.
- Wake-up Call Service: through the Concierge or activate it directly on your television.
- Television: The hotel offers a free television service with access to national, regional and satellite channels and a payable film service, and other leisure options.
- Music: In superior rooms radio-piped music in the bedroom and the bathroom. In standard rooms either piped music or free music through the interactive television.
- Mini-bar: All rooms are equipped with a mini-bar service with a selection of snacks and drinks.
- Press: Newspapers and magazines in superior rooms from the early hours of the morning.
- Pillows and blankets: extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe in the room.
- Rooms adapted for the disabled: special rooms for people with reduced mobility and the disabled equipped with all the necessary services.
- Lounges: TV lounge, business centre with internet access, bar-café lounge.
- Safes: In all rooms.
- Laundry Service: the hotel has its own laundry service. Iron and ironing board in superior rooms and upon request in standard rooms.
- Hair-dryer: all rooms are equipped with a hair-dryer in the bathroom and in the room.
- Car hire: available upon request.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Car park: public, 50 metres from the hotel.
