    4 star hotel but 5 star service from the reception to carmen in the bar and margarita who serviced the room. Lovely comfortable room

    The food and beverage staff were highly professional and made our stay enjoyable. Staff interaction with the family was great, they provided great insight into local eateries that provide great service and are family friendly.

    The hotel is elegant, clean, and in the best location. However, the breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. which is too late for many tour programs and the choices for food is very limited. Except breakfast, everything is excellent!
